Refund & Cancellation Policy

If the guest cancels one month or more before check-in, we are happy to offer 100% refund.

If the guest cancels two weeks before check-in, we are happy to offer a 50% refund.

If the guests cancels within two weeks of check-in, we will not provide a refund.

In case of emergencies, we hold the right to discretion with regards to the refund.


Privacy Policy

Bungalow Homestays value your privacy. Any personal information you provide, such as your name, date of birth, address, and contact details, will be treated confidentially. We assure you that your information will only be used for the intended business purposes or when required by law.

If we share your information with subsidiaries or business associates, it will only be for conducting the intended business with you.

We've made efforts to highlight this policy on our site, ensuring you are aware of the terms when sharing personal information with us. Terms & Conditions

Reservation & Payment: Though we are listed on different OTAs, we encourage direct bookings to avail of the best deals. We usually confirm bookings when an advance payment is made.


Check-In & Check-Out: Guests can check-in anytime post 1 pm. Guests have to check out before 11 am unless permitted late check-out, which may be subject to additional charges.


Guest Responsibilities: Guests are expected to provide valid identification and follow hotel policies. Any damages caused by guests may incur charges.

Room Allocation: While the hotel tries to accommodate special requests, specific room preferences are not guaranteed.

Behaviour & Security: Guests are expected to behave respectfully, and the hotel reserves the right to evict disruptive guests.

Pets & Smoking: Pets are allowed if permission has been granted by the hotel authorities. Smoking is not allowed indoors.

Force majeure: The hotel may not be held responsible for unforeseen events, like natural disasters, affecting the stay.

Changes To Terms: The hotel reserves the right to modify terms and conditions, with updates posted on their website.
